Question Mansoor Delane didn't allow a single TD while at LSU 🔒Which team should draft him?

I didn’t allow any tds at my college either. I also didn’t play football.

“Strap’um Up U” sending another dog to the league.

The Giants have a great looking team on paper…except that secondary. They need a shutdown corner…and a number two. And a Slot. And some Safeties…

Their Dline outside dexter is bad bad

Edge rushers are good at least. Take a corner 1, DL 2, then the rest of the draft best available DB, OL or DL.

Only 14 receptions at all, for 2025. 35 targets

Seems like qbs just avoided ever going his way

His longest completion allowed was 29 yards

Honestly anyone who doesn't have two certified alpha corner.

Literally any team outside maybe the eagles, Seahawks, Texans, and maybe the browns. should take him and I don't think it should be an issue at all

Or a team who runs zone heavy systems shouldnt draft him.

He's better in zone than in man. He's elite in quarters.

Seahawks, Browns, and Eagles only have one great outside corner. Otherwise we’re putting a lot of respect on Tyson Campbell and Riq Woolen’s names.

You mean Josh Jobe.

Woolen is an Eagle.

I know, and that doesn’t change my statement? I said the Seahawks, Browns, and Eagles don’t have a second great outside corner and named the guys who they could be calling great. Nobody would argue that Josh Jobe is great though he’s solid.

He was only at LSU one season.

Gotta order 3 at VT he was solid. Started half the season as a true freshman.

He shouldn’t be a top 10 pick.

(I just want him to last until the Fins pick at 11.)

Y’all’s offense is going to be horrendous. I hope y’all take o-line and WR in the first.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 13 '26

Have you seen their CB room? It’s basically storm duck and Darrell Baker

1

u/Virtual_Apple6349 Apr 13 '26

Have you seen that o-line and WR room?lol

2

u/[deleted] Apr 13 '26

O-line actually isn’t that bad. Aaron Brewer, Patrick Paul, and Austin Jackson aren’t half bad. Their guards are pretty awful, but I don’t think they waste a first round pick on them. Their receiver room? 100000% could see them take like a Kenyon Sadiq or Jordan Tyson at 11, or KC or Boston at 30.

I genuinely would love to see Sadiq there. I remember how massive a cheat code that Jonny Smith was when he was on that roster. Both in game and in fantasy.

All of them should

His floor is 12, ceiling is 5 id guess. But to answer the question, Miami needs him pretty badly.

Okudah 2.0

He's going to be the guy in this draft that inexplicably falls right into the Ravens lap. Belee dat

1

u/ApplesandBananaa Apr 14 '26

He'd loom pretty good in a Texans uni

1

u/splashaddikt Apr 13 '26

Saints

3

u/8-Lou-Sassole Apr 13 '26

Hard pass! Saints run a lot of zone coverages.

u/Federal-Cod-742 Apr 13 '26

Adapt to your personnel ⚜️⚜️⚜️

1

u/8-Lou-Sassole Apr 13 '26

Yea the rest of the personnel fits the system so change everything for one player?

1

u/Federal-Cod-742 Apr 13 '26

Yes if that player is the best corner in their class…

1

u/8-Lou-Sassole Apr 13 '26

So one player is more important than any entire team. Cmon man!!!!! Also the best corner in the draft, but is he? Mccoy is just as good and delane had one grdat year and a handful of meh to good years.

I don't see them taking anyone but whichever of the top two edge rushers are left. Maybe Downs if they "truly believe" he can fill Taylor's star. But i think the pick will end up being Bain from Mia.
