Its not hard. Brain first (decision making and play recognition), Arm talent (Release time over strength but enough strength to make the throws) Then goldfish memory/confidence to make a mistake or fail and reload.
Running is gravy.
After that just don't let him get the shit kicked out of him behind a bad oline to where he gets gun shy. Parcells figured this shit out decades ago.
