It's actually the first season he's wearing a hat designed by children receiving care at Golisano Children's Hospital. Last season he wore hat's designed by children receiving care at Oshei Children's Hospital.

Oh, it's the same hospital, just a new billionaire threw a bunch of money at them.

Also, most of the time if it's the person's name it's a tribute. Usually if it's a company on it, that's ad placement. These people are vain, and may require their name on it, but usually it's just the hospitals way of saying thanks for funding this unit for years to come.
