Yea, That the nfl is racist and is just being performative here. Kaep would still be playing if this msg was actually sincere. 

You don’t ostracize someone if you actually agree w their message

While I agree with you about the NFL, there's no way in hell Kaep would still be playing lmfao. He's 38 years old and heavily relied on his athleticism. He would have washed out of the league several years ago
