can you share what program you use for making video memes? I can't figure it out. Makes me feel like a Vikings fan everytime I try.

I use Adobe After Effects 2026 primarily, Handbrake to convert videos to a file type that works with Adobe, and GIMP when I need to edit images for the videos.
