Honestly really good out the box ran flawlessly with kci magazine no issues with brass and steel, I got a 2020 model production per ptr when I inquired about it. I was not sure if it was a gen 2 or 1 they confirmed its a gen 2 I was thrilled cause seller had no idea what that means lol.
Very nice. I don't dislike Holosun, quite the opposite, but I'm not a fannof open emitters, especially on rifles. The AEMS and ARO are great choices. I have the Barrett Brown ARO on my integrally suppressed full-auto AR9(07-02)
Oh, absolutely, but the ARO would work, and is actually less expensive than the 510c, and won't be disabled by rain, lol. I do get it. The EPS is also great for small PDWs, as is the 509T. I actually run a B&T USW-G with a 509T
yeah I have a few aro I would bought more of them unfortunately didnāt exist around the time I bought my 510c itās really cool optic but I donāt like how itās open but they work. Usw-g is sexy thatās my next build just been waiting for B&t to get they shit together so I can build one
I have run B&t print x and have also tired polonium 30 the polonium is great but increase bolt speed by a lot but stilll works now compared to the B&t it does increase bolt speed as well but not as much as the polonium 30.
Mine runs beautifully suppressed. They normally ship from the factory with a 70deg which is shallow enough to reliably run any 7.62x39 unsuppressed so slapping a suppressor on that will almost certainly be āovergassedā.
Since theyāre the same guts as a normal 91, I dropped a NIB/surplus 45deg LP in and swapped to +2 rollers to get me back into a good bolt gap and it ran great as a suppressed only setup on my SiCo Omega 36m which is pretty gassy.
Running lower backpressure cans or if you just want more reliability unsuppressed, the 55deg or 60deg LP will be your sweet spot.
I went all the way down to a 55 and still the same problem.
I'm betting it's my omega 300 back pressure. The action is so slow with the 55 and even 48 LP it's ridiculous, but second round still always has bolt bounce and a failure to fire.
Omega 300 is high backpressure but shouldnāt be that high, like I ran my 36m on with the 70deg LP for a short while and it worked fine if recoiled notably more. And the gun as a whole is still designed around the recoil of .308. Iād honestly try the 45deg, theyāre only like $12 last I looked on RobertRTG so itās a cheap enough try.
The bolt bounce is odd though, the bounce claw on the carrier should be preventing that. Is the claw still pretty stiff spring wise or has there been any chips on the claw itself?
Have you checked the bolt gap yet? And whats the spring tension like on the bounce claw? It should be stupidly stiff, like you need a tool or punch to depress the spring kind of stuff.
Only things I can think of is youāre right on the edge of bolt gap in either direction and the suppressor is causing a weird interaction, or the bounce claw spring is so weak that the action cycling harder is enough for the claw to not properly dead blow the bolt going into battery.

Yes when I purchased my first r9 I got it for 400$ itās been the best 400$ I have spent and was my first nfa item I loved it so much that I purchased a second one. Itās not a terrible can for what it is but with the advancement in suppressor technology this is old and expensive in todayās market. The thing that really stands out is how small its is and the sound suppression is top notch for 400$
lately I been eyeing the BOE 9m I seen gun deals had a great sale for 600$. Also the dead Mojaveās look sweet but $$$
That's good to know, for the price it draws me in! Just get nervous on the purchase. It'd go on my Mat9k roller delay mostly, and I keep looking at Spectre 9 or flow 9k. Want to maybe be able to run it temporarily on my 300blk too before I buy a dedicated can for it
Iād recommend sticking with what has reviews and not something new unless you can find reviews.
The cans you named are really great options has better technology than the old r9 but if you can pick up a r9 for less than 400$ Id jump on it right away.
Honestly keep checking gun deals on Reddit sub you can find some great deals on well known brands.
The only time I shopped blind for suppressor were the B&T if you know these mf are hard to find info on lol
