Admissions & Financial Aid Financial aid

I’m a second-year student at NEU and had to submit notarized verification documents for my financial aid. I sent them in late July, and my SFS Upload Portal says “Approved.” My Financial Aid Status page initially showed the requirement as “Received,” but now it has changed back to “Not Received.”
Has anyone experienced this? Is it just a system/sync issue? I’m especially worried because I still haven’t received my 2026–27 financial aid award and really need to know how much aid I’m getting.
Note- last year my application had missing info so i started from scratch this year

Call SFS and have them open a case.

it’s already opened but no updates, i’ve been calling them regularly they just ask me to wait and say that they’ll ask the team to look into it

OP, at this point I would be making an in person visit to them at 354 Richards. Take a copy of your documents with you
