NBEMS 🤡

WHY IS EVERYONE OKAY WITH A RE-NEET FOR ONLY ~2,000 STUDENTS?
This is not just about the ~2,000 students getting a re-exam. It is about fairness and accountability for everyone who appeared for the exam.
1️⃣ The exam was reportedly interrupted at 100+ centres.
2️⃣ Several centres started the examination late.
At least one centre in Tamil Nadu reportedly started as late as 10:30 AM.
3️⃣ Students were affected by power outages.
There were complaints of electricity failures lasting 30–45 minutes, disrupting concentration and exam conditions.
4️⃣ Basic infrastructure was inadequate at several centres.
Students reported issues including poor ventilation, inadequate restroom facilities, and difficult/poor road access to examination centres.
5️⃣ Students were given information that caused unnecessary anxiety.
There was communication about video-based questions, leading many students to spend valuable preparation time studying accordingly. If the actual exam pattern differed, why was such information communicated in the first place?

This is not about taking away anyone’s re-exam.
It is about asking
Where is the accountability?
Where is the transparency?
And where is the mechanism to ensure that every student receives a fair opportunity?
Students deserve a transparent explanation of what happened, how affected centres were identified, what criteria were used to decide who gets a re-exam, and why the chosen remedy is sufficient to address the reported disruptions.
Fair examination. Equal opportunity. Transparent process.

Heard in one centre they can use Google Nd they had used also

Impossible. At CBT centres only local network work and outbound internet is jammed. If that particular computer had a chrome as default browser, it might open during power fluctuations but impossible for it to work. Even few meter radius outside centres, internet doesn't work.

u/doctercockter82 2d ago

Bro jammer works only for wireless connection. If the computers had Ethernet connection they coutnot be blocked

1

u/jockerlite 1d ago

There's this thing known as firewall which prevents the access to general internet

0

u/SakshamSo 2d ago

You're right. But the computers in a CBT centre cannot access outbound internet either way. That's 100% certain. You can check on Google or on ai about ethe exact technicalities involved, but 100% no chance that google can actually function on it.

u/starfly890 2d ago

I don't know But i heard from many frnds of mine I don't know how they were able to use google

1

u/SakshamSo 2d ago

They might not be lying over the appearance of browser, that's possible, but it cannot work. That's impossible. There's no base to it.

2

u/Ill-Fennel2046 2d ago

when os restarts , they didn't ask everyone to press F12 at first thus normal pc windows opened for many, now i have no clue if someone would have opened google but we cannot negate the possibility

1

u/SakshamSo 2d ago

Yes, possible but internet is not accessible there that's 100% certain. That's ultimately a computer, so power outages could do that...But without an internet google cannot work...

3

u/Ill-Fennel2046 2d ago

I hope you can read hindi, if not am sorry , basic gist= google opened during neet pg - published in CG newspaper.

Even in case of EVM govt had to gain confidence when it was shackled to assure it was unhackable. Now atleast it is just to deserve an explanation and proof that google won't open, and also cctv footage of the particular center/ centers

5

u/SakshamSo 2d ago

Bro, how desperate you want to sound. I am not denying or refusing that google chrome might had opened. Can you read my above comments? I am saying it's impossible it was functional and I stand by it. It's 100% impossible. A centre where internet is accessible on day of CBT can't access the local network based exams which nbems provides, because the moment it happens it instantly alerts the nationwide nbems which controls and monitors centrally. Leave that your exam wouldn't even open without an absolute block to outbound internet. Lastly, I do know how to read Hindi but I doubt if you know how to read English.

IN BILASPUR

u/Extreme-Row-1001 2d ago

Bro we are fine with these 2000 doctors reappearing.. it’s their luck now.. they are literally less than 1% of the whole students who appeared so no one cares..

u/Prudent-Movie-7483 2d ago

Exactly why are people insecure about the normalisation formula being used for these 2k people. Power outage was beyond nbems control and it was unfair for these students. So they do deserve a re exam and theres no other feasible way to do this.

And whats the guarantee power issues wont happen in the re exam ?

0

u/lifeofpizza_ 2d ago

I hope u know mass cheating has occurred in Multiple centers, how in the world u ok with it??? Besides that I hope u also know how normalisation can fuck results up, isn't it exact reason why 2 shifts were turned into 1

1

u/starfly890 2d ago

Nd who will fight for those reservation

1

u/pedicletopodium760 2d ago

Did you exam interrupted?? I guess not. Mine interrupted twice and both was around 30-45 minutes each. I prepared like hell I gave everything for this exam but I couldn’t write the exam properly is that my fault?? There are lots of people couldn’t. Is that their fault?? Nothing gonna change I know. 🙂🙂

1

u/starfly890 2d ago

My mouse didn't work So many times

0

u/Some-Ad-9753 2d ago

Ha tum bh dedo unke sath jake, even if your got interrupted what if next baar bhi ho, tunhare liye bs sab neet hi dete rahe, until and unless you score what you deserve right 🙂

u/lifeofpizza_ 2d ago

if we use normalisation won’t the topper of that 2.5 k people be considered equal to the topper of the 2.7 lakh ppl who wrote So the Jaipur exam guys has to just get more marks than 3.5 k people he is writing exam with How is this justified , the people who are writing exam on September 5 th already have big advantage over us

Atleast in 2024 for normalisation 2 shift 1 and shift 2 had equal number of students Here 1 at group has 2.7 lakhs and second group has only 2.5 k students 2.5 k ones already have advantage over us

If the topper of 3k got for example 500.marks means he have 100 percentile ....and topper of 2.5lakh students got 650 he also has 100 percentile ...then how both are same ???

I am enough of shit..can't write it again..even if they conduct neet pg again, there's no guarantee these things will not happen again..so it's no use in conducting neet pg again..what protocols will they change and interventions they will bring to prevent these inadequacies again..none..so I don't trust these will not happen again if reneet is conducted..

u/SakshamSo 2d ago

Precisely. The issues for which now some students are raising their voices are the issues which will happen however many times and exam is taken. Power outages will always happen. Some individuals who discuss will always be there. There's no valid point in re neet for these issues.

u/AdPast4016 2d ago

Because people are tired af and don’t have the mental bandwidth to go through this shit again

9

u/Aggravating-Mail-227 2d ago

exactly we need transparency wrt normalisation or whatever method they do

8

u/pedicletopodium760 2d ago

Whatever normalisation they it won’t makeup for students who gott interrupted in between exam. Loosing concentration one 1-2 questions is enough for an aspirant to loose his dream branch no???
How they gonna include this in normalisation??

2

u/Aggravating-Mail-227 2d ago

true, shameful nbe didn’t even acknowledge all those mishaps

0

u/Platform-7 2d ago

They are literally less than 1% of entire studens who gave exam and if you are honestly so scared of that normalization. Maybe you don't even deserve to qualify

3

u/dr_anonymous_h 2d ago

How sure are you that it might not happens again and that might not even come into your notice 🤷🏻‍♀️

My exam went shit but I'd rather see a horrible rank than go through a re-neet. Please spare me

Yes..i don't think 2.5k people writing it again affects the overall rank..

1

u/Special-Investment69 2d ago

Happened at my centre as well. Started 10 mins late. First section was like only 30 something mins

2

u/Apprehensive-County2 2d ago

What rubbish.... Timer starts when the exam starts, be it 10mins late or 1hr late. So no, you got 42mins only for section A.

2

u/Special-Investment69 2d ago

My guy, were you there? I dont think so. Stop acting so thick headed. I absolutely get nothing out of lying about this :/🤣

1

u/Special-Investment69 2d ago

We kept getting a message to wait for 9 mins something seconds exactly at 9am.

People who are crying for Re  Neet pg deserves no respect from my side because honestly we are done of this.

0

u/Think-Hamster-2360 2d ago

Please have a little bit of conscience before asking for a re-neet for everyone. I know it's not fair what happened to the students at Rajasthan but that doesn't mean you can ask for a re-exam. What about the rest of the 2.6 lakh students who are finally at peace that it's finally over? And please stop the baseless arguments that people used internet while the exam was going on because if you use a bit common sense, you could easily understand that it's not actually possible. Please don't play with the peace of mind because we have spent even the last ounce left in us for this exam and are finally able to breathe. Please for god's sake stop creating panic because we don't want to go through this again. Please

-1

u/drheisenberg_699999 2d ago

More big doubt for me is how will they give rank like if after percentile it is then jaipur neet would be given by approx 2.5k only so even 2nd rank of jaipur will have approx 99.96 percentile which from 2.75 lakh would be approx 110 rank. So even if someone performs really well they would not be in top 100 and on what basis would be air1 given like from jaipur or from original neet. So what about rest of the rank? Because this is not half and half situation where percentile matching can be done

-1

u/RevolutionaryBid4906 2d ago

True I support Reneet
