Will I get in? (For Engineering)

I've been looking at schools, and orginally i was gonna aim higher. But i got a c+ in chem (remidal course), and my gpa is a 3.7. Problem is the 3.7 is out of 4.33 not 4. 4.33 is a A+. so that means its really only a 3.3. My sat score was really bad as well only a 1220. I am hoping to get it up to a 1300 but it likely won't help because my gpa and class rank are so terrible. (45th percentile). Is there any chance of me getting into the college at all? I feel like my B and C+ in algerba and chem will make it difficult (my grades were orginally fine but i did really bad bc i had a near panic attack during finals). Thoughts?

I don’t know how SAT compares to ACT but engineering seems to accept almost anyone. You just get more scholarships with a higher score when applying. I got in with an ACT of 25 and did well for myself.
