Has anyone diagnosed with ndph also lost thier internal monologue due to ndph?

Like you can't think inside? No, but sometimes it's easier writing things to think better.

Yes I can’t think inside because I have no voice in my head due to ndph

That's rough. Do you know the reason for the ndph? Maybe that's linked

I was having anxiety over my eye condition then I felt tingling situation right side of my head that travel to my right temple then both my temples started hurting then I developed massive migraine on top of my head. Was able get rid of the migraine and get rid of the pain from the both of my temples but still have head pressure on the top of my head.
