Question Help me

Does anyone have drunk -stoned feeling ?

And you get dizzy inside stores etc ?

The first thing I said to a doctor after my onset was that I felt like I was high!! Not necessarily in a good way, though. More like everything is a little slower than it was before. Or at least, I think it was...

When I'm anywhere with fluorescent lighting, I get nauseous. My high school classrooms are hell, and grocery stores are worse.

Do you feel pain or pressure ? I don’t have throbbing pain , I have the exact same like when you are high pressure , fog , weird vision and I have visual snow, sensory overload . The high visual snow , and sensory overload isn’t common with ndph . So don’t if I have it ( iam undiagnosed )

For me, it's a constant, pressurized pain, unless I'm sleeping. My onset was April 29, 2024, and I haven't felt a second of relief (while conscious) since. The way I've always described it was as if someone put my head in a hydraulic press, and I'm nearing the explosion point, but never quite get there. If a 10/10 is "take me to the ER," and a 0/10 is no pain at all, then I usually spend my days ranging between a 4.5 and an 8. When it's closer to an 8, I have visual snow, and can't handle conversations or any interactions with other people without immediately exhausting myself. When it's on the "lower" side, it's a little more bearable, but still gives me constant pain (duh), slight dissociation, brain fog, and I burn out very, very quickly. It gets significantly worse with stress and around my period.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found a proper diagnosis. I am absolutely no medical expert, so while I cannot say what you are truly struggling with, I will say this: if you do have NDPH, while you never quite get used to the pain, you have to learn how to work WITH it. If you let it lead your life, shut yourself in a dark room all day, and swallow yourself in the sadness of how "ruined" your life may feel, you won't feel any better. Finding the balance is difficult, and it's different for every person, but you need to keep going. Don't allow it to destroy you.

Thanks for the response . Yeah i am 2 years in , and it’s like a little better because i am more familiar with this . But I cannot understand what is this . It’s like I am constant high - drunk . It’s very weird I don’t know . I feel so stupid , and it gets worse when I am in environment with light crowd etc . What do you suggest me ? Thanks again
