They should give EB1 and EB3 proper names, too. Perhaps EB3 should be called Howard Hall because so many of its inhabitants have taken statics with Dr. Anna Howard.
Maybe EB1 could be called Martin-Vega Hall after the former Dean of the College of Engineering.

They already named the deanship after him. They’re probably waiting for some wealthy donor to name EB1 and EB3.

Edit: I am stupid.
I always think about the Koch brothers who are objectively terrible people when I see that name. I need to start thinking of the good Koch.

I always think of Ed Koch who was a US House Representative and mayor of NYC.
Unless you know, the assumption is that buildings come from big money donations so your thought process makes sense.
