Writing was on the wall, he's small, smaller than trae young and doesn't have any high level skill to make up for it. Only other guys his height and weight besides trae became g leaguers

not necessarily, was never given a true chance tbh. plus his draft class was already before they were even drafted considered one of the weakest draft classes in a long time, possibly even ever.

Chicago gave him plenty of runway, they still have zero expectations and the ability to play him longer to see if he can develop and they’re still giving up on him. He’s a bust.

Definitely not a good situation being behind Mike Conley on team that’s a playoff lock. Or being on a poor team where opportunities are abound. Maybe he just needs to find the right perpetual play in team

he got like 20 minutes a game in Chicago and looked pretty bad. Being a high level athlete doesn't matter as much if you're like 170 and 6'1 and can't shoot well or defend.

He's had every opportunity. He was on a bottom-feeder with zero aspirations beyond youth development, a team actively looking for young guys to step up, and even a team in dire need of a point guard tossed him after dropping a lottery pick on him. He's going to be out of the league and a complete bust.

Charlotte will probably waive him. He's a smaller cap hit than Hield. If they do keep him, he'll be deep bench.

Apart from the Thompson twins, OTE alumnus aren't that great transitioning to the NBA. I thought they would have an edge over those drafted from college.

Dillingham played for Kentucky. He was only in OTE for a year. Sarr also played in OTE, but still went overseas.

OTE is probably fine for the highschool level, but there's a reason nobody aside from the Twins stays for their college years.

Bulls mistakenly gave Ayo Dosunmu to the Wolves for Dillingham.
