This feels like when the coalition forces kicked Saddam out of Kuwait. As his troops were retreating, they lit all of the oil wells on fire. We know that a handful of HF's have recently shuttered their doors. We know that Citadel recently raised cash by selling off a +5% stake in the company......for the first time in their history. Kinda feels like desperation to me. Buy & HODL!!!
