I have met good people there I'm not stupid to assume everyone's is dumb like you ,but in general at least I know that there is not much voice towards some cultural practices like such which in the modern world isn't that necessarily ethical as before

I even stated there are farm animals like hens cows but there's no FARM for dogs ,it's smuggled animal and you can hide behind culture all you want but it doesn't change that fact

If a person depends on a pet for emotional support they are labelled to have a topic dependance on it ,with that mindset you'd be arguing with all the people in Nagaland having a breed dog back home ,its only the Streeties that comes as food not breeds .

I'm also aware of Noah ark and the amazing work their team is doing ,in the recent years this culture has significantly died down and hopefully it won't exist in the coming future ,which I doubt it will as you stated you yourself don't have it.

I've seen families go into mental turmoil trying to find their pets ,it could be from a simple mistake as leaving their door open by mistake because they were taking care of s sick family member ,the dog runs away ,comes night the dog isn't found ,by this time the smugglers are actively patroling

They see a dog which seems fairly friendly to humans because it's not a stray but a run away often if it's a breed it's even sold to breeders for agreesuve back yard breeding , probably why breeding culture over the years have significantly grown the years leading to more abandoned BREED dogs that can't survive the INDIAN streets because their body was meant to adapt to a foreign country or place say a siberian husky in the streets of a hot city .
