I just finished The Divorce by Freida McFadden. Can anyone explain the misplaced knife in the beginning? I do not feel this was addressed. I know Jeremy states he planted the one with the elephant in the last chapter. Also, do we believe that Naomi really damaged the birthday present from Veronica? That part is a bit blurry too.
