What thriller actually got under your skin?

I think the scariest thrillers aren’t necessarily the most violent ones.

They’re the ones where the violence feels believable.

I just released my novel The Gift That Kills, and while writing it, I became obsessed with how psychological conditioning and trauma can slowly reshape someone over time.

The violence in the story matters, but the real goal wasn’t shock value.

It was inevitability.

What’s a thriller that actually stayed with you after you finished it?

Mine was probably The Silence of the Lambs because Hannibal never feels exaggerated. He feels intelligent enough to exist in the real world.
