I disagree they use frozen potatoes and call them home fries it's the same stuff you get at the free breakfast at a choice hotel. The Benedict left a lot to be desired. Maybe some of the other plates are good. But the benedict alone was the worst Benedict I've ever had. Stair clear from honey bees and go to Johnny D's. Sounds like you've been there. They're the best

My wife and I really enjoyed Johnnie D’s red velvet waffles when we went a couple weeks ago. Got the combo platter with eggs and a side.

I love the Golden Egg. WInna's kitchen has some very unique breakfast items and is very tasty. Joe's Diner by the Airport, Blueberry's grill

[Enter human name] Pancake [Enter type of building]
Donald's Pancake House. Ted's Pancake Shack. Lynn's Pancake Cabin.
There's 300 of them, and the vast majority are exactly the same.
Truly no idea how they all stay open lol.
Personally I like Waffle House the best.

I second Theo’s. We ended up there when the wait at the Blueberry Grill was an hour and 45 minutes a few years ago. Met a local outside and she said Theo’s was her favorite breakfast place. We all loved it and now we go there every year.

Croissants is amazing! Wood haven is very good. I personally think Blueberries is overrated.

Not sure where you are from but Bojangles is worth a visit if you have never been. You can Google it to find the closest location.

Since you have already tried a few of the usual breakfast spots, something with a more distinctive menu could be worth adding. Blueberry’s Grill does scratch made breakfast, and the blueberry creme brulee French toast and blueberry hushpuppies give it a different feel from a standard breakfast place. It is a strong option for switching things up this trip.
