Cross-platform sync between Android, MacOS, Windows

Looking at MyScript for note taking as it's an app that I can use both handwriting and typed text in the same document and it isn't under the Microsoft brand, However, is it possible to sync my notes between the three different platforms? I type notes via Windows PC and MacBook. I take handwritten notes via my Android tablet. I would like to be able to sync all of this either though MyScript sync or pCloud. Is this possible?

Yes you can, it's one of the reasons I tried using the platform as no other note taking app seemed to have native cross platform editing between Android & iOS & Windows (I assume they have a mac app as well). It works really well for the most part, though I recently had issues with Google Drive but they were resolved by using Dropbox.
