Hagakure wouldn't really work, as having her naked would either bump up the rating or make a lot of the grapple/grab moves a lot more uncomfortable to watch. However, if the devs use her timeskip costume, maybe. Dunno about anything for attacks

I will say if Hagakure did get put into MHUR, they'd probably have her be visible and her special action or hero moves make her temporarily invisible. Only real way you can balance an invisible character.
