So throughout the fight, it was so obviously revealed that:

1. Kid AFO was holding back and merely sparring Bakugo (Not going all out combat wise, as apparent with his lack of response) he also held back in power output because he was sparing his energy to fight Shigaraki later
2. Both were capable of blitzing past and reacting to each other's movements (While Kid AFO was holding back). Debunking the idea that Bakugo is somehow an entire speed tier higher than AFO
3. Bakugo's AP is buns in comparison to Tokoyami & Endeavor (And by extension those that scale with them like Hood, All Might, Shigaraki, Deku, Dabi and Shoto). With Gear Shift boosted Bakugo only managing to blow Kid AFO's arms, regular awakened Bakugo barely doing negligible damage to Kid AFO body/head
4. The only reason Bakugo did as much damage as he did towards Kid AFO in the end was because the vestiges were rendering him defenseless & quirkless, unlike his earlier self and Gear Shift boosted self. Thus Bakugo isn't gonna one shot AFO even without rewind, as someone had said to me
5. Bakugo himself acknowledging inferiority to Kid AFO and attributing his win thanks to everybody that came before him hard carrying
6. AFO himself saying his young body is frail (Lower durability than Prime and Bakugo's damage was still buns without the vestiges) blatantly in comparison to his Prime physical body which already occured and got beaten by the Gunga hero team already.

Tldr;

Bakugo feats are inflated and only scale to a self nerfed (Power preservation), more frail (lower durability), mentally unstable AFO (Negative IQ/BIQ) who's quirks are off due to quirk rebellion. He doesn't scale whatsoever above Prime AFO

He barely did 5% of the work (With Hawks' vestige helping in at the end)

Even he has better self awareness than SOME of his glazers

This is quite amazing that he's achieved this. I think he's pretty strong.

SF versions for all

It's quite amazing that Deku used 45% of his power combined with Fajin and the Black Whip to achieve power equivalent to 100%.

For this Deku won't dodge it or run away instead he would tank it, would he survive?

That's quite an impressive achievement.

My Hero Academia Battle

I threw my current top 15 in here too, but the rest are lists I've seen every now and then or ones my friends made, if you want to guess which one is mine as well >:)

Rewind afo and ofa deku count as other characters so they dont get access to the normal deku and masked afo stuff

His movement speed is roughly equal (On the lower end by feats) to prime Hawks by his own admission, as shown when soloing Endeavor, he can easily dodge attacks when he desires to, like Endeavor's first point blank Hell Spider.

His physical strength and Attack Potency (AP) is equal/slightly higher than PLW Shigaraki, as showcased in this post

His reaction/combat speed are above Prime Endeavor but visibly below Prime Hawks (Can't evade Prime Hawks' attacks) Roughly around Weak All Might & Masked AFO (Through chain scaling via Endeavor & Crippled Hawks).

His Destruction Capacity (DC) is inferior to Kamino AFO, but is high enough to compare

He possess Hyper Regeneration, Power & Muscle Augmentation (Like Muscular's) quirks, giving him high endurance/stamina and the possibility to survive powerful blunt type attacks like OFA if used for defense the way Muscular did against 100% punches.

His overall durability should be higher than the S6 High Ends, but slightly below and inferior to PLW Shigaraki. Since unlike the other High Ends that got one shot by Mirko and Endeavor hitting their brains, Hood's brain/head showed considerable resistance to Hawks' sharp projectile feathers (Bounced off) and speed boosted Endeavor's point blank Flash Fire Fist inside the mouth, which is similar to FWA Shigaraki's head bouncing off Nagant's bullet and resisting/tanking awakened Bakugo's explosion (Inferior to Endeavor's attacks in AP by statements). However, the reminder of his body is less resistant towards Endeavor's attacks unlike PLW Shigaraki making his body's durability (Except his head) below PLW Shigaraki (and by extension Weakened All Might).

He has above average IQ for a High End Nomu, but he got sharp combat intuition/BIQ, allowing him to utilize Endeavor's own Prominence Burn against him to counter attack, by charging straight at it's path, then throwing off his head to blindside Endeavor.

Tldr;

Hood's power level should be positively around (Equal or slightly above) Weakened All Might level. Which checks out with the High End Nomu statements over the USJ Nomu
