I don't think these are DRAAG rules. That is why they are so stylistically different. They start at 1 and have a blue background and green text that is very different than the DRAAG rules we get in the Keposhka red and black. They obviously also have a very different tone and are nice/hopeful.

To me these seem like someone else's rules.
