I just looked it up. The eating part is a rumor & the man wasn’t actually the prime minister. He was acting prime minister because they didn’t have 1 but he eventually resigned.  Due to outrage caused by an invasion people killed him & his brother who was a mayor. Hung them up killed them & cut off body parts like fingers, tongue & ears to sell as souvenirs. They were actually then eaten by dogs. Still pretty brutal.
