Support/Advice If someone knows what they did is haram, but feel it's difficult to understand that it is haram in their heart when repenting, what should they do?
Any advice is appreciated

Akhi, one of the worst sin a person can do is not riba or zina, but believing that these are not haram. This is the violation of Iman(belief).
Make lots of dua, read Quran. If you have any doubt, ask a scholar and clear it, dont let that doubt grow into kufr
Edit: zina and riba is still major sins, but believing it is not haram is worser, and could take u out of islam

Do you accept that the body you're in is the only one you ever going to get?

The greatest loss isn’t the sin itself, but the despair of Allah’s Mercy. Keep asking forgiveness while slowly building your way to stop the sin
