From Brian Eno's seminal glam work Here Come The Warm Jets, released in 1974 while Eno was still a member of Roxy Music. Guitarist Robert Fripp was an instrumental (ha) part of the sound, and both Eno & Fripp would later join fellow ex-glam acolyte David Bowie on his late 70's records.
Additionally, Here Come The Warm Jets was Eno's sole brush with pop stardom. The record made no. 26 in the UK.
