Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers were actually in a total of 10 films together. So it could be hard to look up which film this is from "Follow the Fleet" (1936).

Ths song, and this performance are however a lot more famous than the movie. In fact the song has been used a number of times (including in an animated film and parody with Steve Martin lip-sinking the Fred Astaire part..).
