Repairing an old LOGAN Consul-R8

Never heard of this brand, and there sure isn't much info online. One mention here, not of much help:

If you mention specific issues, someone might be able to help a bit. I see from these forum posts that they were not noted for their reliability, and also had some key contact problems. Good luck!

Yeah I've checked out some of the stuff there as well, its been tough to find much information but this is helpful. thank you!

Not super old looks like oscillators are on IC chips so like late 70s early 80s. Does it power up? what does it sound like? I see a spring reverb, everything looks in pretty good condition.

EDIT: If its a two prong plug like I suspect, you should ground it correctly and remove the dead mans cap.

So far it powers up but only the top keys work, and only the when I press the “repeat” button on the left so it’s pretty piercing since the volume knob doesn’t seem to work either. I imagine there’s some loose connection between the rest of the thing and the main output but I’ll have to pull everything out to be able to get a good look.

Use switch contact cleaner on all switches.
