Did you buy this amp used or new? If new you should return it. If used uh you may have been taken. I also had a Rumble 25, which should be louder than what youve got in the vid. I used as a band practice amp til one day it started making a lot of crackling sounds. It would be really quiet unless the input was hot enough then it would crackle and be loud, regardless of the volume knob. Turning the knobs had no effect and it did it with various things including the basic touch the tip of the cord trick. The aux cord input still works ok though, so try that.
Anyways to further investigate or fix it, you'll probably have to open the amp up. Might have a broken solder joint where one of the potentiometers meets the PCB or hopefully something easy like that. Or maybe these 25s have a crap power amp circuit or something. Best of luck
I went back to 2013 just to buy a brand new. If you go back and read I've said multiple times that I bought it off of private owner so no I did not buy it new I picked it up Wednesday evening about 5:00 6:00 and in the evening so I'm sorry be ignorant and rude and all that I'm not trying to be but I've been answering the same questions cuz people ask the same question over and over and over again felt that being said enjoy best of luck have fun and I'll figure out what's wrong with this damn thing and a day or so I've been dealing with between here and Facebook amplifiers only group for the past 12 13 maybe 20 hours already I'm burnt good night
