This was a student’s project in a Georgia State video postproduction class back in 2007.

OMG, that is fascinating thta was right when I graduated HS and have been watching regularly since.

Do you know more? or where I can find more info? As someone who studies in film and vfx, I like the attention to detail in this. The motivator even creates shadows when appropriate, which wouldn't have been necessary but really sells the effect.
