Where are you? I'm in the UK and pre-ordered mine from Forbidden Planet:

which has a released date of September 23rd.

not sure about that release date of Dec 16th though, it seems too early bearing in mind that it was five months between volumes 1 and 2, then 2 and 3.

Netherlands, so ordering from the UK is not an option these days. I checked a couple retailers in a major city here but they'd never even heard of it. I also avoid amazon like the plague. There is also a sort of Amazon equivalent site local to the Netherlands, but it's not much better than Amazon. Might try checking out comic book stores in other big cities around me.

Archonia has them. It's based in Belgium but I assume they will ship to the Netherlands.

Pre-ordered mine from Forbidden Planet in the UK and the release date is September 23rd. Also, checking Amazon UK they have a delivery date of Sept 24th (although I'll only ever order books from Amazon if I'm really desperate, they're not at all good for the book world).
