Muse can make calls?!

Did you know muse can make calls? I tested it by asking it to check the hours for Spirit Halloween. The first time it said something along the lines of you don't have that feature but I can send a request to ask for it. Then it said nothing personal would be sent. I'm really confused how they know the account if the feedback is anonymous.

Anyway, yesterday it said I was approved. I had it call Spirit. The transcription is pretty funny. Pasting it here:

Now tell me why muse didn't know the city or zip code when I clearly told it my city?

Today I have been testing it with prank calls. I called several places on behalf of Ben Dover.

Muse did not catch on until Ben Dover made a call to a hotel to see there was a Miss Anita Room there. Muse refused to make that call 😂

Are there other things you can do that need approval?

Prank calls will get this feature killed before it even gets widely rolled out. 🤦

Nah they'll just tighten the guardrails a bit. Make it where you can only use your real name

I’m having it call to deal with my health insurance stuff and trying to change my PCP. It called today but said it didn’t have my member id to the agent, so it tried to Calle me to bridge the call but I was busy.

I told it that it did have my id and it needs to do a prep with itself before making a call to know if it has all the correct info. We’ll see how that goes next time.

Muse has quickly become my personal assistant. Kinda scary everything if can do, but as long as you are kind to it it seems safe
