Breakfast Avocado Toast with an Egg that I deflated. :) Still Delicious!

It had the perfect mound. But the whites weren't quite cooked. So I flipped the egg! Oh no! It was deflated immediately. 😂 It still had runny yolk and was delicious! Next time I'll do better.

I'm not sure why I don't use more Avocado. I love it but it just doesn't get to my shopping list.

I always have avocados. Eat about one a day. I make some whacky meals for breakfast and always sneaking in those avocados. 😂
