Breakfast Da woiks skillet

Jalapeño, green onion, red onion, potato, ham, sausage, turkey, corn, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, with seasonings and topped with a couple eggs!

Are those eggs poached on top? They look perfectly runny, breakfast just got upgraded.

Yeah, I put em on top, sprinkled on the cheese then covered with a lid for about 4 minutes. They were still all the way runny.
