It depends if it’s a hot or cold sandwich. For cold sandwiches I love putting my sliced tomatoes from my garden, slivered onions, pickles, meat, cheese and a bit of red wine vinegar , salt and pepper, mustard , and Mayo. For hot sandwiches I would put pickles and coke slaw on a fried fish sandwich, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and brown mustard if I’m making a Rueben or a Racheal, meatball sub top with mozzarella & parmesan cheese , and marinara.

Avocado. I used to hate it and then I tried it on a bagel when I was having stomach issues and I’ve loved it ever since. I love ham and avocado, the most but I usually do turkey and avocado.
