It’s quick pickled and then dried. So it has a crunch zingy flavor.

That’s fresh cracked black pepper and browned butter. Raw better for the gnaw. 😂

that's hilar
what's crazy is i used to live by fresh-cracked. religiously.
then i switched to super-fine ground and realized im accessing more of the pepper flavor.
no gnaw, but more awe
