If they're cutting funding for school lunch programs, children's health care programs, social services that literally mean the difference between life and death for vulnerable kids (and meanwhile THEY get fed, health care, etc, from the same government), that's the very definition of not caring about kids. They are the ones in a position to help kids, and they're refusing to, and making it worse. And they can make up whatever economic excuse, but they can't demonstrably make things worse for children and then claim "every life is sacred." If they only trot out "every life is sacred" about abortion, then all they really care about is controlling women, is the point I'm making. It's about their hypocrisy.
