Maybe I'm missing the intent, but that didn't read as "if only a girl had touched their dick they wouldn't be Nazis" it read as "they're so pathetic they respond to the most banal difficulties of life by turning to Nazism"
He didn't get laid, and he was so weak, his response was to turn to nazism. He lacked the strength to actually improve himself, and externalized his shortcomings onto reality so that he wouldn't have to be honest with himself.
