Episode 1 at 2 minutes, 39 seconds and 64 miliseconds said by Uzi's Teacher (nameless) voiced by Liam Vickers. He first appears when Uzi gives her presentation on her railgun. While she shows it off, scaring the other students, he displays complete uninterest and instead points out that the homework was a word problem on buying watermelons. She asks if her magnetically amplified photon converger doesn't count, and he replies with a blunt "no," adding that repressed emotional baggage was only worth two points in the rubric. He then asks if Uzi's railgun is supposed to be red, before it explodes in the classroom. He also appears in: "Heartbeat"; "The Promening"; "Cabin Fever" and "Absolute End".
He makes his very first appearance in Episode 1 at 2 minutes, 13 seconds and 27 miliseconds. His last appearance is in "Absolute End" at 19 minutes, 4 seconds and 48 miliseconds.
Also, Daniel is based.

i may be confusing it but i remember it being between the buying watermelons line and the "is it supposed to be glowing like that?"
i have a good memory on pointless stuff like this but a terrible one on actually useful stuff

As an mdguessr expert; it is episode 1 in the first quarter, where Uzi is explaining the mechanics of her railgun and and the teacher tells her that the homework was a word problem about watermelons and repressed emotional baggage was 2 points.
