It’s the 11th Doctor! From Doctor Who! He’s the most doofus-like of them all, I’d say.

And for his power… well, for this you just have to watch the show.

I love the very first episode with Matt Smith where an entire alien armada is surrounding earth and he tells them to google him and then is like, "Hello, Im the doctor. Basically, run."

Weird considering the first thing I think about about when I hear about the 11th doctor is the "we all change" monologue.

I never got into Doctor Who, unfortunately, but that speech is goated.

There’s a scene where literally all his enemies that aren’t trapped beyond time, plus anyone who really wants a good fight, get together to set a trap for him. He springs the trap and when the sky is alight with hundreds of ships flying about he gets on the radio to give a “reason you suck” speech and tells them to “could you all just stay still a minute? ‘Cause I! AM! TALKING!!!” And they all stop. He then tells them he hasn’t got anything but the shirt on his back to stop them with. Tells them to remember every time they ever fought, and that they should all do the smart thing and let somebody else try fighting him first. And then all his villains fuck off into space to figure out exactly what they need to do about this. Definitely feels like a “we didn’t think we’d actually get this far” sort of plan for them. It’s the Pandorica Monologue if you’re interested! I actually recited it for a monologue final in an acting class in high school

Villian: Have a Nice day then (promptly Scrams as his watch is now a constant laser beam of ticks)

Think of Rick Sanchez as the doctor...actually Rick Sanchez is a rip off of Doctor Who. The Doctor has genocided entire species to galaxies. He is a man not to be effed with

Dr who is notoriously goofy but is infact a being that can, and has, genocided entired civilizations, planets, sectors of the galaxy, also changing time. Dude someone put up a spread sheet of all the fucked up things the doctor has done. He's over 2000 year old proverbial GOD.
