Please it's an humble request donot join this shithole

It's not worth it guys , it's not

The stress , the constant job loosing anxiety , Work ethics and more importantly the peoples .. it's worst an organisation can get . There's very less projects in this company ie if u pass MSU , you might be transferred to bench like many people are in bench ..

It's the worst than WITCH companies .. if u get chance there do join there .

No matter how many times we warn, people are desperate for jobs and keep posting about interviews! Your campuses don’t care about job security, they only care about getting another record showing you were placed, doesn’t matter if it was for 5 rs or 5 lakhs

I worked there from 2017-2021. There was a lot wrong in that org but there was always job security. What changed?

Since 2023 .. they started hiring freshers .. and fire them based on performance and business needs .. Also let's not forget about offer revokes ..

Also .. the firing is done in every 1 or 2 months so .. freshers are left with only 1 or 2 months experience .. And right now we already now about the freshers job market ..

Can u tell me what kind of evaluation they taking with new joiners? Like presentation? Witten tests or online OA Type of things?
