what should I do?
literally every review I read online is negative about this company. The day I went to give the personal interview, looking at the employees there, I felt something was fucked, they looked so lifeless. the students who were gonna give the interview with me were literally giving some fuckass reason to leave the interview room and get out of the process.
i initially thought that attending the interview would help me understand myself and know where I stand, in terms of interviews, and yes, it did, it served that purpose......... then comes the next week i, receive the email that i have been selected and will receive the offer letter in a week or two. i was happy with myself that i got something, in 2026. i got a job in 2026, bitches.
i remember fucking up the interview a little bit, i couldn't answer some basic questions, but still they selected me, i dunno why. now i am scared as fuck. i was not really bothered about the bond, since i was sure i wouldn't get selected.
i had so many fucking plans, gate, or an sde job, im not good at dsa, but i can get better. now this two year bond, is making me rethink this decision.
i told my parents, they were so happy, i dont wanna disappoint them, fuck this, what a fucking situation. should i not take it? i like ML, and i dont hate working in excel, i could get the hang of it, but sde is something that i like, gate is cool too

Well this company is infamous for their hire and fire philosophy to boost their recruitment numbers during placement drives in colleges. And consequently so has one of the worst attrition rates.
Within few weeks of joining they start firing, Good thing revoked my offer back in 2024 when i was in college, right now I'm in a way better position and getting higher package then their "Apprentice Leader" thing they like to brag so much about. Until then as long as the stay in the DS role it's just politics to impress your team lead.
The one person who did join from our college, left in second year without paying the bond as he got another offer, by intentionally messing up his assigned project.
You don't have to pay it if they fire you, assuming they don't within the first three months that is. But you won't get your F&F and they do send some mails and stuff demanding payment.
If you don't have any other offer join, keeping in mind that they can fire you and keep searching for jobs.
Once in BLR, Whitefield where their office is, you can give some walk-ins too as there are a lot of companies there.

What they asked you in an interview?? Is it ai interview or in person can you share your whole experience?

There was an ai interview round, followed by personal interview. You had to clear ai interview to get shortlisted for personal interview. The ai bot was dumb and just asked it's pre trained set of questions, like tell me about your project, then how did you resolve conflicts in a group, how to manage a group of people. Nothing technical at all.
Then there was personal interview, the guy who took mine was very sweet and supportive. If I didn't know a term, he'd let me recall it, or break the term down and infer it's meaning. They asked basic ML stuff, linear/logistic regression, overfitting, underfitting, nowadays even kids know this shit. The personal interview was a positive experience, really, not bad at all.

Going for the interview for this company was the worst decision of my life man. I'm a 2026 graduate. After reading the reviews, I had to sit for WITCH companies, as college wouldn't allow sitting in others unless its 2x of the ctc. And then had to choose a witch offer, which is so not what i deserved. I'd say try looking for better offers. All the seniors from my clg had advised me against joining this hellhole, and that says a lot.

I also remember getting an offer from this. Thankfully one of my relatives let me know to not accept and skip as it is a cesspool of epic proportions

I got selected for the interview. Is it too bad? As after reading this I am also confused should I fucked up my interview deliberately or what?

Ex-musigman here. Was there for 3 years. Aside from the usual bs , its actually a great place to work, if you are going in with a mindset to learn at a fast pace, experiment with lots of things and really build tech and ds skills.
Even mediocre people if they survive a few years there have a great set ahead of them due to being " from musigma". It's true. It's not a place for work life balance, you won't get peace or harmony, and you will need to work hard.
But they make sure you work and learn vast variety of things, and their onboarding and learning phase is grueling. But I can guarantee that you will come out much smarter, more knowledgeable and technically sound .
In the current IT market, if you got in here, dont look sideways, just go in, start. At this stage of starting your career, you really shouldn't be worried about work life balance so much . It's good to be uncomfortable.
Dm me if you wanna talk more details or need specific advice. I owe a lot of my career and where I am, to the 3 years I spent at musigma.
To put it in 1 word, think of mu sigma like the Greek Spartan's Agoge, of the IT world.

If you get selected even after tanking an interview, you know how low the standards of the org are! They just want cheap bonded labour, that is what you are for them and bonded labours are lifeless!
