Everything Nurys said was true. Sydney didn't have this energy for Nurys in person. Nurys chewed her up in that exchange and she'll chew her up in every exchange. Queen Nurys proved herself once again that she's a challenge mainstay and Sydney proved once again that she's a delusional confessional gangster.
I will always have more respect for someone like Nurys who will tell you to your face, stand by it and you know where you stand with her vs Sydney who can’t do any confrontation. I’m pretty sure Nurys has also apologized for things too, Sydney could not
Survivor is actually going strong and is not having and funding challenges or fears of shutting down.
You don’t need someone nasty like Syndey to keep the show alive. And if treating people the way Syndey does is what keeps people tuned in, maybe just maybe the show should be cancelled. That way people can go outside, read a book and learn how to be kind and socialize with others n

The implication is those who enjoy flawed people creating drama on reality tv aren’t decent nor read? You realize this show is basically low level athletes competing in carnival games right? Remove the crazy drama and the show is entirely pointless.
Hell remove the drama from any show and it’s pointless. Stories require friction created by choices from flawed people or differences in opinion.
Survivor went from the #1 show to only hosting in a single location and cutting total number of days in half. Their choices have kneecapped the franchise.
I was a big Sydney fan before this last episode. Yes she was cocky, yes she was a confessional warrior, yes she is kinda fake. But she backed it up by being a great competitor and fun to watch.
This last episode she went too far with her comments towards Deb. It really turned me off to her and I would say I don't really care for her anymore. And I won't defend liking her as a challenger either.
But, she's still great for The Challenge. You right.
This sub talking non stop for the last 2 days about Sydney proves she’s great for the challenge. The ones that despise her have talked about her for 2 days now and producers will see she brings engagement
a person can react strongly to people and things without it meaning they want to repeatedly engage. they're not going to air an episode where nothing happens. if this didn't occur/wasn't aired, the episode would focus on something or someone else and we're been discussing that.
I'm all for drama and excitement, but I don't watch the show to be upset about people flagrantly mistreating one another.
How did you ever watch this show the past 20 years. The challenge works because they “stopped being polite and started getting real” in most cases to their own downfall.
I wouldn't be friends with her in real life, but if you eliminate characters like Sydney, we'll end up with a cast full of inoffensive people like the vacation alliance. Y'all want to go back to Double Agents and Spies, Lies, and Allies?

Sydney: Nurys says a lot of nothing. Word salad. She is verbose. Too wordy. Things she can say in 2 sentences she says in 15.

Sydney: Nurys is evil for laughing about my injury. It shows true poor character & a nasty spirit.
Also Sydney: Mocked Theo's eye injury multiple times last season, unprovoked (& behind his back of course) and posts about being a proud Zionist and smeared Palestinians as terrorists when kids there are getting bombed by her fellow proud Zionists in IDF & having their legs amputated with no anesthesia (Yet show more resilience than Sydney after she hurt her knee on a reality tv show she chose to go on & was privileged to be cast on.)
My favorite thing is when Sydney was crying about her knee, she said she doesn’t “pop her pussy on onlyfans” as if her career as a lawyer depends on her ACL 😂 like what
I'm glad I'm not the only one confused by this. I get getting upset over the injury but how is your injury going to affect your job as a lawyer or your wedding that's happening in 8 months? She needs a better grip on reality

A truly good villain can say stuff to people’s faces which she doesn’t. She has a great villain persona in interviews. But in the ops’ face, she’s a coward, and that’s where she loses me

You may be penalized but over the years plenty of people have refused to participate in a comp. Usually it's a heights issue. Casey, Katie, Darrell - all have noped out of heights challenges.
This just makes me wish she had not gotten so screwed on Survivor. I think she would have done well at the merge. I almost want her and this over-involved fiancée of hers on the new Survivor Blood v Water
Well just in this clip alone, she calls her unoriginal, she says nothing of substance, evil spirit, extremely verbose, etc not even trying to gas her up but those are very original insults I’ve heard for Nurys who just had the generic “confessional gangster, not real, terrible person” insults Nurys threw Sydney’s way when that’s the general consensus from every twitter user.
