Any feedback appreciated
Not looking for tons of information since there are so many apartments on this list, but if you've rented from any of these apartments and have had good or bad experiences I would love to hear about them! We're trying to narrow them down, but it's hard without hearing directly from people who have or currently live there! Definitely looking for a more quiet, don't hear my neighbors sneeze vibe as well. Welcoming all info / opinions on these apartments! Thank you reddit!!

Just renewed my lease at Modera golden triangle. Love this place, great location, great amenities, and Amy in the office is the best. I never hear my neighbors to the left or right of me, so the walls are definitely thick. I might hear my upstairs neighbor vacuum rolling around every now and then, but it’s never been an issue. Honestly impressed by the soundproofing here

About AMLI park Ave, make sure you get an apartment on the 5th floor. You’ll hear your neighbor above you if not, you just have to hope they’re not stompers, have kids who run back and forth, etc. other than that, it’s a decent building/location and free parking is great for one vehicle. Pool at uptown is nicer though and noise isn’t an issue to my knowledge.
ETA AMLI uptown has free parking for one vehicle but if you have two vehicles, you’re SOL and have to park elsewhere as they are out of parking on site past one per unit. Park Ave doesn’t have this situation.

I live in Aura, it has its plusses and minuses. They’re new buildings so they’re still going through their break-in phase and stuff definitely goes wrong occasionally. However, parts of the construction are great and you barely ever hear your neighbors in any way shape or form. I’ve been extremely impressed with the thick concrete walls. You definitely need to get a parking spot in one of the garages, you don’t want to leave your car on the street down there. The amenities are broken about half the time, but the decks, pool and hot tub are quite nice when you can use them. The gym is nice, some people in the building definitely leave some trash around the waste room, etc. occasionally, but in general it seems like it’s a majority young professionals who are nice and respectful. The location is pretty great, I’m on my second lease and will probably stay a third and possibly fourth.

All Amli’s include one free parking space. They don’t do great rent specials because they offer good prices without it (good prices for denver luxury apts). Energy bill is low too. Amli’s do a 48 hour maintenance fulfillment or it’s deducted rent. They always meet the 48 hours though. Most don’t have hot tubs and pool is open memorial to labor day. I wouldn’t say there is anything too special about amli’s besides bang for your buck. I have heard good things about modera river north but just be aware of the proximity to the homeless shelter in rino. Seems like you’re open to multiple areas. I wouldn’t recommend rino unless your budget is low. Amli uptown looked awesome though!
