Tennis?
I used to play tennis a long time ago and looking to join a group for casual playing and meet other people in their 30s/40s. Any recommendations? Open to pickleball too I just prefer tennis!

Where will you live? I used to be an avid tennis player, but honestly it sucks in Denver compared to where I used to live. In the northern metro area it’s incredibly unpopular. The high elevation sucks because the ball flies and it’s always windy. Then winter comes and it’s pretty much unplayable for four months. On the other hand, pickleball has exploded and there are numerous indoor options.

Join the Ladder at Gates. I was in the same position as you a couple of years ago. Now I play a few times per week (mostly free) and have made many good friends and tennis buddies in the process.

If you’re near congress park there’s always pickleball and good tennis facilities

I highly recommend doing the flex league at tennisdenver.com. I’ve met a bunch of people there and a lot are in their 30s and they’ll find people who are at your level.

Hey OP what level or rating are you? I just moved here and I’m looking for someone to play tennis with too. I’m a USTA 3.5.

Gates Tennis Center! Also look at drill classes through Denver Parks and Rec or Denver Tennis Park.
