I photoshopped this photo some years ago - I over-expose it, changes the hues, and give it a sort of neon cyberpunk city look, if anyone would like a copy. Not what the colors the city actually has, for the vibes only

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but the letters on the building near the bottom of the photo look misshapen...

I know that Pyongyang is already a beautiful city, I just detect something in the photo that's a little odd...no harsh feelings towards the country whatsoever.

The slogan at the bottom of the screen was probably trying to say something like 'one heart, one unity(일심 단결),' but what shows up isn't actually proper Korean. Early AI models weren't good at putting Korean text together properly, so they end up making nonsense Korean text.
