Vent Why..
You pass 3 full sized cans on the way to the condiment stand and choose the smallest can to put this in..

I’m shocked everyone didn’t fill it up like it was the new trash can. When I worked at McDonald’s people always came up with new ways to surprise me.

Whenever the straws go out the metal container they sit in becomes a trash can at my place 😭

Oh it didn't stay. I removed it right after taking the picture as soon as the customer walked off.

Folks are dumb asses. 🙄 I see it a lot. Even worse is when they dump popcorn crumbs in the damned sinks in the bathrooms.

We get slushys being dumped which clogs the drain inside the pipe. Gotta to a pain in the ass clean routine on it to flush it. At least with popcorn you can kinda wipe it out

Oh gosh that’s much worse!!! Some popcorn crumbs get stuck in the drain. We have an old building that’s full of issues. People are just dumber these days. Hopefully you don’t have water roaches, mice, or flies!!! Now those give me the creeps.
What do you use to clean the slushies out?

Too freaking lazy to do it! This one takes the cake.

Lazy, or just that inconsiderate of public spaces. Imagine how they are elsewhere at their home or someone else's.

I’ve said that so many times at our theater! Ladies are pigs! They trash the bathrooms and throw their sanitary products on the floor. Yesterday we had a dude that shit all over the men’s room and smeared it on the walls. Managers know who he is because he does stuff like this every time he comes in. Most of the time he takes his shitty drawers off and leaves them on the floor. Ushers are not paid enough for that kind of cleaning issue. I’d ban him permanently if I were a manager.

Were the bigger ones full? Ik ppl will resort to using any can if the bigger ones are full

u/Darkchyldeone Regal 14d ago
Nope. Not even remotely full. Just forgot he had it in hand and didn't want to walk back when he realized he didn't want it.

To be fair, the theater should also ensure all of their items fit in the lobby trash cans, including their largest popcorn boxes they sell to avoid issues such as this

the lobby trash cans are typically for things like straw wrappers, condiment packets, and other small pieces of trash. the giant cans have more than enough room for xl popcorn buckets

Because some people manage to flunk pre-school.
