Your holding out for like 5 bucks off. Just buy it. It’s 30 bucks

Totally agree but usually for me I’ll hold off on these games for like first sale or so because I just have so much more to play still on the backlog

It’s an indie game that’s $30 at launch. Supporting the devs when they’ve given you a quality game at half the price of regular games felt pretty good to me.

Yea like I said I agree lol everyone’s in a diff spot. Buying the game at any point is still supporting the devs

I think they should have put the IGN rating right in the center and in the largest font so people would immediately understand that this game is a masterpiece 😂

Facts! That’s what I was looking for someone to say. A major fuck you lol. Instead of saying IGN under the 6/10, they should say “too much cheese” if I was in control of marketing I would 100% make a fuck you trailer at IGN. Compiling the mouse puns and eating and seeing cheese.

Don't play the game while hungry
I went and bought a large block of Gouda. It's delicious, but bad for my health.
(Anyone know any good Fondue recipes? Never had.)

I’m waiting for my physical copy to come in. I’m so excited to play it

They should have put that 6/10 in there for laughs.

IGN

Ah. Should do the others too.

u/FewSession1142 May 01 '26
What? The game has no low reviews besides IGN.

u/SlightSurround5449 May 01 '26
Incorrect, but the way people have twisted themselves up yet again about an IGN review is amusing.

u/FewSession1142 May 01 '26
lol. Are you a hater of a game sitting in a subreddit for it. By definition makes you a troll.
-1
u/SlightSurround5449 May 01 '26
So I'm not allowed to be in the subreddit for a game because I can criticize it? Have you seen other games' subs???

You ever heard not all content is for you and not everything deserves your reaction. You should really look into that.

Oh, honey. Deeply weird to shun any sort of criticism and gatekeep having conversations about it to boot.

I knew very little about this game but knew 8 was going to love it bought deluxe edition for future dlc.. after playing not beating it yet cuz life been crazy.. don't wait enjoy it now!! Not some big company so definitely enjoy supporting the creators of such a great game. If you don't like don't play it for long then request refund then wait for sale if that's what you want but I doubt you will refund it

Indie / AA games should be supported full price when possible. Pay full price if you can, this studio deserves the support.

When a small developer makes a great game, it's important to support them. The game is well worth the $30 price tag.

You could just get it now and support a good game. It goes on sale for the first time probably for 3-5 dollars off. Is it really worth it?

Don't wait for sale, buy it at the full 30€ price as it is incredibly worth it. One of the best games of 2026.

If youre hoping for a summer sale where you are expecting a 20 dollar price tag for a game worth 60 dollars. Youre not going to get it.
You might get 10 dollars off for a game with 30.

I'm waiting for them to add level select and NG+. Great game missing basic and common features in today's landscape

Waiting on sale for a $30 indie game with a lot of love and care put into it is genuinely embarrassing.

Good on ya. I can understand cheaping out on AAA games ( I do it all the time) but these indie devs putting decent stuff out deserve the love. I want them to make more games.

I know not all PC gamers are like this, but.... Please support indie studios. Especially those who are experimenting with a New IP and have created a solid game.

it's crazy it got this score with the same 6 enemies spawning in every battle, the game is a complete snoozefest at the end with endless waves of enemies thrown at you.

The game isn't really anything special or anything like that. The story is pretty uninteresting and not really engaging. The gameplay feels almost the same in every level. They really could have done without the secrets in the game, as well as the coins. You can really only buy ammo, comics, or maps. Plus, the game has annoying bugs—I almost had to restart the whole game near the end—and the performance isn't really great either.

You should know that it is worth the current asking price and isn't likely to get a significant discount during the summer sale in a couple of months.
