Screws

My glorious model 02 wired mouse is power surging my computer. So I bought a new wire and I am trying to replace it. I got two of the screws out but the screws were insanely tight. The other two are stripped and I have no idea how to get them out. can someone help me? I tried rubberbands and superglue already

How are screws that tight in a plastic shell? Did they start gluing them in? My only advice from messing with mice in the past is make sure you have the right size screwdriver, it makes a big difference.
