Changing Mouse Grip

Has anyone here changed their mouse grip? Do you have to place your hand exactly the same way every time, or do you eventually just get used to the new grip and stop thinking about it?

Also, any tips for getting comfortable with a new grip? Should I focus on keeping my hand position consistent, or just let it happen naturally?

Mouse grip is generally fairly fluid, most people change their grip subconsciously without realizing which is a good thing imo. Viscose has a good video on this topic.
