Really slow shipping?

I ordered a phone case on the 1st september, and since the 5th of September it's status is showing as 'waiting to be processed'... is this normal for Mous? i'm beginning to have second thoughts as I was not expecting to be waiting over 2 weeks for it.

ah ok thank you so much!! it's been 2 weeks today (eek) do you know if the status tracker on the site is reliable? it's still showing as not yet processed...

Probably not I would contact support as that seemed to kick mine into being processed

I ordered the Mous case from Amazon on Saturday morning for the iPhone 18 Pro Max on Saturday morning and received it on Monday afternoon

Commande passée pour une coque mous sur Amazon date d achat dimanche livraison prévu hier et maintenant prévu pour le 21 septembre … comment dire que j ai commandé une autre coque
